Architecture
By accessing MekongMind.digital, you enter into a binding agreement to utilize our cognitive analytics resources and data intelligence insights within the professional boundaries defined herein.
Our platform is designed for research, consultancy, and enterprise intelligence discovery. Users must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. If you are accessing this site on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
Accessing any subdomain, API endpoint, or visual laboratory environment within the MekongMind ecosystem constitutes your full acknowledgement of these rules. If you do not agree with any specific data intelligence protocol listed here, you must cease all interaction with our systems immediately.

Proprietary Rights
All content hosted on this site—including proprietary cognitive analytics algorithms, data visualization frameworks, visual interfaces, and intelligence reports—is the exclusive property of MekongMind or its respective licensors.
- Restriction: You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract raw training data from our intelligence models.
- Permitted Use: Authorized clients may utilize exported reports for internal business strategy as defined in their specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Trademarks: The "MekongMind" name and digital lab aesthetic are protected under international trademark laws.
System Integrity Protocol
03.1 Prohibited Actions
Users are strictly prohibited from deploying automated scripts that interfere with site performance or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our core data intelligence layers. Any attempt to bypass security measures will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action via authorities in Can Tho, Vietnam.
03.2 User-Generated Input
If you upload datasets for processing via our cognitive analytics tools, you retain ownership of that raw data but grant MekongMind a temporary license to process, analyze, and store such data for the sole purpose of delivering requested insights.
03.3 Liability Neutrality
While we strive for 100% precision in our intelligence outputs, MekongMind provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that cognitive analytics results will be entirely error-free or that the insights provided will guarantee specific commercial outcomes.
03.4 Security Notifications
Security is a shared responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials used to access our intelligence portals and must notify us immediately of any suspected breach.
Jurisdictional Governance
Legal disputes and formal inquiries are managed under the local laws of Vietnam.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Users agree that the courts of Can Tho shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MekongMind.
